Where Goods ordered from this website are not available ,the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to wait until available or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Most of our products are health items and are non returnable due to health regulations such as creams , massage bras etc, so please note once goods have been used and creams opened we can not accept the item back.

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods or Services shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All faulty items are either replaced or refunded at customers request.

Should an item be faulty we will replace the item with the same or offer a full refund on receipt of faulty goods. When returning a faulty item please contact us first to receive return details and a reference number. When returning items please use a registered delivery service to ensure goods are received back.We are not responsible for lost parcels being returned.

Should you return an unwanted item please ensure it is returned in the same condition it was sent at buyers expense and there will be a restocking fee of 20% .

Postage costs are not refundable on unwanted items, only faulty items, should an item be returned that has clearly been used , customer will be notified and item returned back to customer at customers expense, we can not re-sell a health product that has been used.

All Prices are in UK sterling and VAT is included within the price

Please note once goods are received you the buyer will inspect the Goods upon delivery of items ordered and should notify the Seller as soon as possible of any problems after which seven days passes the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods or Services.
