Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Some parcels are sent same day if order is received before 2pm subject to stock availability.

We ship via Royal Mail first class post unless you have chosen a different postage method via the carrier selection then we will send you tracking info so you may track your parcel.

Most first class deliveries are delivered next day but that is a guide only and may take longer

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed.

Your package will be securely packed but please note we do use Recycle packing on some occassions.

International customers items are posted using basic airmail only, through Royal Mail should you require signed for please request,as this postage option can be very expensive dependant on weight of item or items ordered.

International parcels can take up to 10 working days to be delivered but can take up to 15 days depending on postal system

Item is not classed as missing until 25 days have passed so please contact us if your item has not arrived after 25 days.

Europe is 3-7 days but can take up to 10 days depending on postal system

We are not responsible for parcels being delayed due to strikes,

Delivery times are just a guide and we can not be held responsible should your item be delivered later than it should have been, as that is down to royal mail deliveries

International customers please note you are responsible for all import duties and taxes should they apply in your country and you should always check first before ordering what charges you may occur.

Please note there are some restrictions on what items can be sent internationally. Deodrant sets can not be sent international , they are classed as flammable so please note when ordering items any restrictions there may be for your country.
