Sweet Orange Essential Oil

Blends well with lavender, neroili, lemon, clary sage, myrrh and cinnamon and clove. Sweet Orange Essential Oil is the oil produced from the fruit of the Orange tree. A very nutritios fruit containing vitamins A, B and C 

Use Sweet Orange oil for relieving muscle soreness after exercise as it will stimulate the release of lactic acid that builds up in the muscles. 

This essential oil can be used in many different ways either made up with a carrier oil for massage, added to the bath or added to a  oil burner. 

Sweet orange helps with the formation of collagen and cell growth. It is also said to improve the tone of the skin and is very good for dull and oily complexions 

This essential oil has a relaxing effect to help with tension and stress. Sweet orange may also help with physical ailments such as diarrhoea, constipation and poor digestion.

Prolonged use and high dosage may cause irritation for those with sensitive skin.
